Background/Aim: This study examined thepotential role of natural triterpenoids lupeol, calenduladioland heliantriol B2, and a set of 19 derivatives, asantiproliferative and antimetastatic agents against prostatecancer cells. Materials and Methods: Natural triterpenoidswere isolated from Chuqiraga erinaceae. Analogs wereobtained by transformations of lupeol and calenduladiol.
