Recent Advances on materials Characterization Techniques have provided new platforms that enable the in-situ of crysttallographic, mechanical electronica and electrochemical properties under a wide range of enviromental conditions, not only for fundamental research but also in order to recreate a more realistic enviroment in the case of applied research. In this context, the development of a device that enable teh characterization of several properties simutaneously under controlled atospheres in a wide range of temperatures represents an advantage over the traditional independent measurements since those properties coul be strongly correlated. In this work we present the design and implementation of a new high temperature cell that allos to, in a first step, perform X-ray difraction and electrical conductivity measurement simultaneosly between room temperature an 900 C in an oxidizing inert or vacuum atmospheres.
