Resumen:
The development of polymeric nanoparticles is of great interest in the pharmaceutical field since they allow for the reduction of therapy costs and patient risks of toxicity. They also increase efficacy, prevent premature degradation of therapeutic agents, and improve interaction with the biological environment. Electrospraying is a novel technique that enables stricter control of particle size distribution and morphology compared to traditional emulsion techniques.The aims of this work are to prepare biofunctional polymeric nanoparticles using the coaxial electrospraying technique, conduct morphological and physicochemical characterization, and study the in vitro release profiles of ivermectin.
