Resumen:
The analyzed. Local literature of the last ten years is reviewed to calculate the percentage of refittng papers published and discuss the reasons why the studies were conducted. Finally, two cases studies that deal with lithic analyses in southern Argentina are presented. The first one was carried out in Tierra del Fuego to better understand site formation processes while the second one was carried out in Chubut to answer questions about lithic technology.
