The first and general approach of the theme of study is related to city growth. It includes the analysis of the particularities of housing schemes promoted during the period 1987-1999 in Cordoba City with the aime to identifying differences that are expressed in terms of urban regulations, infraestructural requirements,management and financial sources.From this point of view it is possible to advance in the definition of analytic criteria (to clasified housing shemes) and to enlighten the new phenomena of polariasation that are expressed in the spatial field.
