Resumen:
The community clubs, as civil associations, play a fundamental social role since they propose educational and recreational activities that they carry out from a participatory and democratic management. In this sense, we can say that these are part of the social and solidarity economy, as organizations that prioritize the enlarged reproduction of life (Coraggio, 2007) and promote solidarity social relationships and a culture of self-managed work. The repeated scenes of economic, political and social crises that occurred in Argentina have given importance to the social role of the community clubs. Their survival and strengthening become vital as configured as a privileged space for the spread of community among the neighbours. In Santa Fe there are about 150 active clubs, located in the different districts of the city. Previous studies made by the Universidad Nacional del Litoral (UNL) indicate that only 7% of these organizations have a high institutional solidity, 67% medium/low, and 40% too low. The vast majority of these clubs support high levels of institutional precariousness and management, resulting in countless impediments for their economic growth, building, as well as to promote social and collaborative linkages that are the very foundation of their existence.
