The increase of cardiovascular diseases in the last years has motivated the development of specific techniques for their treatment, as the implant of stents, clips and bypass. The complexity of these surgical interventions is notably growing in the last years due the fast advances in modern medicine. With the intention of joining tools to aid the treatment of these diseases, the HeMoLab was created. HeMoLab is a computer system that allows the creation of personalized models of the cardiovascular human system.
