Resumen:
A couple of potential bioactive diamides derived from cinnamic were prepared by the Ugi multicomponent reaction. In order to identify them and their possible metabolites in complex biological matrices, the study of their fragmentation routes has been carried out by LR-EIMS, EI-CID-MSn, and HR-EIMS. The genesis of the main fragments was achieved by using GC/EI-CID-MSn. In addition, the employment of EI-HRMS allowed us to measure the exact masses of all the fragment ions, and assure the fragmentation schemes that were established in agreement with the structural determination achieved by NMR data.
