Resumen:
An open source software was designed, developed and implemented to quantify myocardial strain and strain rate in CMR images, using Feature Tracking techniques in the 3D Slicer framework. Results show that cardIAc achieves suitable accuracy for myocardial motion esti- mation with a median error of 3.66 mm, and strain measures are similar to those achieved by other research groups.
