Short term impact of crop practice on the pseudomonads community structure of soil under no-tillage regime

No-till management is the main crop practice in Argentina. Despite its benefits for soil structure and humidity, soybean monoculture has contributed to increase damage caused by necrotrophic pathogens such as the causal agents of late season diseases that reduce yield. Instead, rotation contributes to control plant diseases in several crops by reducing the pathogen inoculum. The objective of this work was to analyze the effects of monoculture and crop rotation on soil pseudomonads community structure, an important bacterial genus involved in disease suppression? (SIGUE)
