This work presents the preliminary results of modeling a service-oriented frame-work for agent-based simulations of collaborative supply chains. In particular, a systematic and reusable service-oriented framework for agent-based simulations is developed to support the analysis of collaborative interactions in supply chains. For this purpose, a requirement analysis is performed and results are assessed. Also, the framework performance and capabilities for fulfilling the identified re-quirements are discussed
