Biography...Throughout the decade of the twenties, his tour developed between the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America, places where he articulated the rising ideas of Hispanidad and Arabism. Estefano was an active promoter of these statements; he exposed these during his trips to Cuba, Mexico, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Honduras and Nicaragua. From his position as a writer, speaker and poet, he embodied the needs and challenges of the Arab communities that were settled in the continent. With his work, he personified the wishes and ambitions of a group that was building its own identity on the new stage. The recognition and identification that he received from his fellowmen, turned him into an outstanding and popular character.
