Resumen:
Sn1−xFexO2 (x=0 and 0.085) nanoparticles were synthesized by Pechini Method and characterize by X-ray diffraction and magnetic measurements. The X-ray diffraction data were analyzed using Rietveld refinement protocol and revealed the presence of tetragonal rutile structure of SnO2 with grain size of 13.3(5) and 12.1(6) nm for pure and Fe-doped SnO2, respectively. Magnetization measurements as a function of temperature and under different magnetic field have been carried out, showing a paramagnetic behavior for the sample Sn0.915Fe0.085O2 up to 300K.
