We examine the entanglement dynamics induced by an angular momentum coupling on two harmonic systems. The Hamiltonian corresponds to that of a charged particle in an uniform magnetic field in an anisotropic quadratic potential, and is equivalent to the intrinsic Hamiltonian of a particle in a rotating anisotropic quadratic potential. Starting from the vacuum state of two independent harmonic oscillators, which is separable, we analyze the evolution of the entanglement entropy in the dynamically stable phases after the interaction was switched on. Analytic expressions are obtained through the general Gaussian state formalism. It is shown that the entanglement reaches its maximum values at finite time, and this value can be modified using the intensity of the field (or angular frequency) as control parameter, increasing at the edges of the stable sectors.
