Measurement of the energy spectrum of cosmic rays above 3E17 eV using the AMIGA infill detector of the Pierre Auger Observatory

We present a measurement of the cosmic ray energy spectrum above 3E17 eV based on data obtained with the 750 m surface detector array of the Pierre Auger Observatory. We address the steps required tomeasure the energy spectrum, from the reconstruction of events, through the precise determination of the exposure of the array, up to the determination of the cosmic ray energy. The derived energy spectrum is discussed, and it is compared to those measured by other instruments in the overlapping energy regions.
