Nonlocal chiral quark models at finite T and mu

Chiral quark models with nonlocal covariant separable interactions at finite temperature and chemical potential are investigated. In particular we study the chiral phase transition for some definite nonlocal regulators. We find that in all cases the transition is of first order for low values of T, turning into asmooth crossover at a certain "end point". Predictions for the position of this point are given.
