Neural coding of multisensory integration in the larval zebrafish brain

In this work, we investigatethe role multisensory processingin decision making.First, we look at how the intensityof distinct response-evoking stimuli determinethe animal’s responseprobability to those stimuli.We present visual loomingstimuli and short soundpulses to freely swimmingzebrafish and record behaviorwith a high speedcamera. Visual contrast andsound amplitude werevaried and combined in multisensorystimuli.
