Resumen:
Training in the aversive memory paradigm of the crab N. granulata induces an anxiety-like state revealed as an increase in the time spent in the dark zones of the light/dark plus maze.According with the anxiety-like state interpretation, Fluoxetine injected before training reduced the training-induced anxiety-state, suggesting a serotonin-dependent phenomenon.
