Resumen:
We propose a method to self-calibrate LCoS displays by using diffractive lens con-figurations. On one hand, a Split-lens configuration is used to auto-generate, by using the LCoS display, an interference pattern from which the phase-voltage curve of the modula-tor is calculated. On the other hand, a microlens array is addressed on the modulator to implement a Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor, from which the display profile is re-trieved.
