Resumen:
The success of a vascular graft lies, among other things, in the presence of an internal diameter and an arterial compliance comparable to the native arteries. The electrospinning of polymeric solutions allows the production of biomimetic nanofibrous structures with an extracellular matrix morphology concomitantly with the adjustment of the internal diameter and mechanical properties.
