Three different type of bioreactors have been presented:?Flow chamber ? Shear Stress driven?Uniaxial bioreactor ? Strain driven?Circulatory loop ? Pressure and Shear drivenBioreactors are essential tools for in vitro studies. The different variations adapt for the cell type willing to be conditioned or differentiated.The presented devices serve as a good and less expensive alternative to in vivo approaches.
