Resumen:
Compositesof cobalt ferrite nanorods in a polyaniline matrix have beensynthesized and characterized by electron microscopy observation,X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis,electrical conductivity and DC magnetization measurements. Thecomposites were prepared using dodecylbenzenesulphonic acid both as aparticle protector and as acid media. In the magnetic experimentshysteresis loops were observed, revealing ferromagnetism for bothparticles and composites. The results indicate that the magneticproperties of the particles were preserved in the composites, and onthe other hand the conductivity was almost independent on thepolymer/particle ratio. These composites are new materials which showeasily tunable magnetic properties, and are expected to be candidatesfor applications such as microwave shields.p { margin-bottom: 0.25cm; direction: ltr; line-height: 115%; text-align: left; background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%; }p.western { font-size: 11pt; }p.cjk { font-size: 11pt; }p.ctl { font-size: 11pt; }a:link { color: rgb(0, 0, 255); text-decoration: underline; }a.ctl:link { font-family: "Times New Roman"; }
