Resumen:
The article deals with the concepts of secrecy, silence, and exclusion tied around the psychic suffering and the violence against children and adolescents in the city of Buenos Aires. The notion of semiotic concentration considered to organize this analysis articulates other topics such as the approach to child abuse and the administration of juvenile justice. Two main sources are used for this analysis: a tutelary file from criminal courts, and a file that went through the civil courts, first as protection of the person, and then as legality control. It is suggested, as a hypothesis, that secrecy, silence, and exclusion are common and inseparable denominators of the plots of suffering, with a devastating impact on the subjectivity of children. Findings show that silence, secrecy, and exclusion operate paradoxically at the seat of the administration of justice, and in the administrative bodies for the protection of rights.Esta publicación se encuentra indizada en Scielo y en Scopus
