Resumen:
Two new genera of Embiidae, Gibocercus and Biguembia, are described. Gibocercus and Biguembia contain four and two species, respecively, all newly described from Argentina, Bolivia and Brasil. The new genera form a monophyletic group and they are sister group of Pararhagadochir and Scelembia.
