The present work analyze the ability to produce the antibody 14D9 by callus and suspension cultures of N. tabacum. We established twotransgenic lines, with or without the KDEL- retention signal, that express 14D9 antibody. Kinetical studies of growth and antibody production were made.Also, we studied the effect of protein stabilizing agents on the accumulation of 14D9.
