Resumen:
Key parameters for the description of semiconductor/electrolyte interfaces, are determined for CdS thin films in aqueous electrolyte from in-situ surface conductance and capacitance data. Donor density, flat band potential, diode quality factor and mobility are obtained by modeling the interface as a Schottky junction.
