Resumen:
A method to process spectral domain Fizeau interferometer spectra is presented in this work. Sensor output signal is processed in order to apply Discrete Fourier Transform and a peak detection technique is used to avoid optic source modulation. The method proposed is suitable to be implemented in a DSP or microcontroller based platform to obtain a high-resolution real time measuring system.
