Resumen:
Different approaches to the analysis of archaeological evidence in the center of Argentina, particularly in La Pampa province, account for the existence of a bi-oceanic corridor that favored the interaction, mobility and a strong social dynamic between the current territories of Chile and Argentina (36º to 39º LS), during the Holocene. The issue to be analyzed comprises the entire central region of Argentina and part of Chilean territory. The main goal of this proposal is to investigate the social trajectories developed by the hunter-gatherer populations that explored, transited and occupied, a continental semidesert environment. We point to a macro-regional approach of cultural processes occurred, during the Holocene, along the bi-oceanic corridor between parallels 36 ° to 39 ° LS, but centered in La Pampa province at a regional scale.Report trends on:-chronology, continuities and hiatuses-landscape use, -feeding habits-material culture provenance.
