Resumen:
This paper tries to show that de concept of Global History can be useful as a hypothesis in order to understand political and social developments that occur in different and simultaneous ways all around the world. It is argued that Global History is an abstract idea, then it hasnt the metaphysical content that Hegelian Universal History characteristically involves.
