Determinación de los parámetros hiperfinos en función de la temperatura en la solución sólida BaTiO3/BaHfO3

Abstract           In the family of the perovskite-type compounds ABO3, the substitution of the cation B by another one of the same chemical group can strongly alter the electric properties of the compounds. In this work we present the experimental results obtained on the solid solution BaTixHf(1-x)O3 in the paraelectric phase for x= 0.70, 0.50, 0.30, 0.10 y 0.05. The samples were obtained for the solid state reaction method, and characterized by x-ray diffraction analysis. Then, the hyperfine parameters on the probe 181Ta occupying B sites as a function of temperature for each concentration were obtained. The static quadrupole interactions observed are analyzed in terms of Hf concentration.
