Resumen:
The Argentine-Uruguayan Fishing Zone is a region of complex hydrology, located in a transition place, the composition of Family Rajidae that inhabits here is very rich, with an overlap of fourendemic genera, only worldwide example. The history of this region at the level of geologic timeis very young, but exhibits a traumatic evolution despite his young age, and this is refl ected in theintegration, composition and distribution of the genera of the family Rajidae.
