From duality covariant to Supergravity frames and back

Symmetries and dualities in String theory play a fundamental role by setting the consistency of the theory, but also at the computational level by strongly constraining the shape of the allowed solutions. Clearly, symmetry lessons on the theory are maximized when the dof are described by the appropriate multiplets, but regrettably there is no scheme where all the symmetries are explicitly realized at the same time with the same dof accommodation. In this talk we will analyse the connection between those schemes that explicitly realize either Lorentz or T-duality.
