Evaluation of glucoconjugates expression in lactocites and relationship whit macronutrients milk characterization during lactation

There aren´t any register antecedents of application of the lectinhistochemistry for the glycoconjugated study in mammary glands of lama glama that they allow to infer on the biological processes that contemplate the development, maturation, differentiation and cellular specialization in this species; for that reason the main objective of this work, is characterized the gluconconjugated expression in lactocytes for lectinhistochemistry. On the other hand, the composition of the milk of lama glama has been studied in several occasions and in spite of in the it the authors aren´t agree in the percentages obtained for each nutrient. For that reason in this work attempt, to characterize the macronutrients composition in milk during lactation. Ranges of values presented in percentage for the fat of calostral milk and it matures, vary respectively between 5.37 and 4.26 %. In other cases, these determinations vary respectively between 0.95 and 5.56 %. The same thing happens for the other components, with extreme values of 16.50 % of protein and 7.75 % of lactose in milk calostral to values of 3.90 and 2.61 % of calostral protein and lactose respectively. Determinations obtained by one of the authors of the present work, show bigger fluctuations. Ten females lactates will be used, in those that you previous the taking of mammary tissue by means of technical of biopsy for lectinhistochemistry and of milk for the macronutrients determination according to the methods settled by the AOAC.
