La revista Critical Discourse Studies creó un número virtual: "Doing discourse analysis:methods, tools, approaches" con una selección de artículos publicados en sus páginas con lo que esos artículos volvieron a ser publicados con otro formato, con otro sentido e incluidos en otro número. El resumen del artículo originario fue el siguiente: The paper discusses the early findings of ongoing research on the representation of labour, workers, industrial relations and their context in Argentine political discourse. Argentine Presidents' first addresses to Congress from 1983 to 2010 are examined from the standpoint of Sociological and Linguistic Discourse Analysis. The linguistic resources used by the speakers are explored, as well as their relation to the argumentative strategies through which proposals are justified.
