Resumen:
Our hypothesis is that fish assemblage structure regulated by the flood pulse of each year in addition to the connectivity between the main channel and fluvial lakes. The goal of the present study was to investigate the effect of the inter-annual variation of hydrological regime and connectivity in lotic-lentic habitats on the fish community in the Paraná River floodplain during 5 years.
