The chapter analyses the imaginary of the end of the world in Tierra del Fuego from the perspective of two english men that knew or were living in the area during the XIX century and the beginning of XX century: Darwin and Lucas Bridges. The purpose is to record how those impressions act today in the construction of the imaginary for the tourism.
