Resumen:
Resistivity transients of tin oxide films at step isothermal changes in oxygen pressure are investigated.  Experimental results are reported showing resistivity transient responses with an unexpected behavior that cannot be explained by only considering changes in the Schottky barriers heights.  We provide an explanation based on oxygen diffusion into the grains that accounts for the observed main features of conduction in this polycrystalline material.
