The objective of this work is to obtain improved CO emissions using available observations from a measuring network. The proposed technique consists in minimizing a function that depends, mainly, on two covariance matrices, a priori unknown. The Polyphemus platform is configured for the computation of the covariance matrices and the Best Linear Unbiased Estimator is used to recover the CO emissions.
