Resumen:
We propose two OvS methodologies to solve the Traveling Salesman Problem with stochastic cost associated to arcs network´s. Thesedays, thousands of cars travel to different parts of a city. If the time window in which these journeys are made is relatively large, then the density of vehicles in each arc of the network is a time-dependent function, where the variability is governed not just by purely random factors but also to traffic demand, vehicle density and the network topology. We tested the procedures for different network topologies and vehicles density, with satisfactory results.
