Resumen:
The soil microartrópodos of a typic Argiudol in natural conditions, in thebasin of El Bañado stream, Córdoba, Argentina. The aim of the study wasto characterize the soil microarthropod community of a typic Argiudol innatural condition adjacent to arable fields. Soil samples were taken onthe dry season and on the rainy season. Total microarthropod abundancewas 171,500 ind.m-2 soil. Most of the microarthropods were mites andants. In addition, myriapods, springtails, proturans, diplurans and tysanuranswere collected in lower density. Most of the groups had greater abundanceand greater species richness in the rainy season. This work shows thehigh microarthropod species richness and the high microarthropod densitypresent in a natural soil adjacent to arable fields. Therefore this area isconsidered as a potential source of resettlers organisms to adjacentcultivated fields.
