Resumen:
Two collections of Pauropoda from Argentina containing 374 specimens from 12 species have been studied. They were collected by two of us, Lic. José Camilo Bedano, Universidad Nacional de Rio Cuarto (262 specimens), and Dr. Ana Salazar Martinez, Museo de La Plata (112 specimens). The identified material contains three genera in Pauropodidae: Allopauropus, Stylopauropoides and Polypauropoides. Six species are new to science and are described by the first author: Allopauropus bedanoi Scheller n. sp., Allopauropus deorsus Scheller n. sp., Allopauropus brachytes Scheller n. sp., Allopauropus conformis n. sp., Stylopauropoides salazarae Scheller n.sp. and Polypauropoides cordobensis Scheller n. sp. One genus, Polypauropoides, and four species are new to Argentina.
