Laccase secretion was increased three times in cultures supplemented with CuSO4 only for T. Villosa, this increase was not observed in the rest of the fungi. Conversely, laccase enzymatic activity in copper containing samples from Peniophora sp showed a marked decrease. Manganese enzymatic activity remained unchanged in copper containing samples. Coriolus versicolor f. antarcticus, Pycnoporus sanguineus and Peniophora sp were the best proteins secretors. T. villosa and Ganoderma applanatum F secreted low amount of proteins (80 to 157µg/ml). In this work, copper addition had no effect on fungi growth.
