This paper based on original materials focuses on the yoga practices in Buenos Aires city. Yoga is a widespread therapeutic option, it is the most popular among the oriental rooted medicines, what is more, is accepted and recommended by biomedical doctors as a complementary therapy. The author explores among the yoga users their cultural representations and practices on health, illness, self, bodily and other associated notions and habits, like energy, the ways of reaching yoga, the incorporated knowledge through the practice, and so on.   Key Words:  yoga, users, energy, therapy, Buenos Aires
