Ninety-six additional type specimens of Heteroptera (Colobathristidae, Miridae, and
Rhyparochromidae) housed at the Museo de La Plata, Argentina (División Entomología) were examined and listed, and up-to-date information on categories of types and collecting provided. These types were described by the following authors: Carpintero & Estevez (1), Carvalho & Carpintero (57), Carvalho & Costa (1), Coscarón & Dellapé (1), and Dellapé (1).
