It has studied the situation of persons whit not satisfied basic alimentary necessities in the world, in Latin-American countries, Argentine and especially in Mendoza.   The dates achieved by stadistical studies and reserches made by differents world organizations, included Latinoamerica and local sources, shows that: there are   6.700 millians peoples in the planet, and aproximitly  852 million persons suffers hungry: about 13% of the all population on the planet.   This backgraund  had conduced to analyze that reality under perspectyve logistic with the objective to dismish the dates, as a methodologic tool that alow to see the things as a not traditional point of view. P e. the benefits- cost is applied a whatever organization, company or other types of sistmes not industrial very commons in the globalizated world.   The logistics as a new discipline involve a mental and conductual  change and e challenge to applied to activieteis of daily life.   In this job, we can see how a lots of ONG’s and ONC’s, as Alimentaries Banks at worl, Latin-American and local leves try to stablish strategis alliances with  FAO,  ONU, and World Bank and privates companies  to join force to take actions to mitigate this flagellum.   The case of estudie in this investigation is “ Fundación Banco de Alimentos de Mendoza”,who intent to keep working partner and donor to contribute with the  necessarian mechanisim to rescue services and/or products to be suitable to consum or edible and use, but can not been marketable by differens reasons. All this should be ecorage by the State and the private companies .   It was made a diagnostic of situation of “ Fundación Banco de Alimentos de Mendoza” and it was confronted and compared with the logistical concepts, tools and aspects to analize, improve and to make new contributions to the sistem.   It can see that the mechanism of Reverse logistics applied at Copany Social responsabyliti in the private level, could make easier donations of products, to make more economics and handle than to return to the reverse chanel.   This investigation are conduced to consider the reverse logistics for the companies , as wel beneficy activieties as to medio ambiental protecction, because trehe are a lot relatoin betwen that.   “La Fundación Banco de Alimentos de Mendoza”, are a  OSC (Civil Society organization) whose mision is to contribute from the level companies to dismish the basics alimentaries neccesities  untill the social organization  join as at the  child respect the nutritional aspect.   Nevertheless  the valious work of the this OSC because their objectives and Si bien la labor de esta fundación es muy valiosa en cuanto a sus objetivos and succesfull  job, they did not get to mitigate the true alimentaria necessities of the population of Mendoza.   One of the principal debilities of this OSC is the absence of diffusion or comunicate  this proyect in the medium, despite to have a good relation with the comunication media. This aspect is realionated with the poor Human resourse, the shortage of working partner and donors. Maybe all this is product because the shortage of knowlegde or the lack of interest about the society .
