The main goal of this paper is to reconstruct the spatial scales and patterns oforganization of human mobility across adiversearray of ecological andlatitudinal settings across thesouther Andes (32º-34ºS) during the last 2500years. This project is designed to sample different biogeographic regions fromthe Pacific coast in Chile to the eastern Andean lowlands in Argentina.To achievethis long-term goal, wepresentadvances in thefollowing two specificgoals ofthe project.
