Comparative tissue distribution of ivermectin, moxidectin and doramectin in cattle

The distribution to the tissues of parasites locations was evaluated for ivermectin, doramectin and moxidectin in cattle. The concentrations in the target tissues were higher compared to those observed in plasma. The distribution pattern of these compounds is an advantage to the nematode and ectoparasite control.
