Museo de Ciencias Naturales. Universidad Nacional de Salta, Salta (MCN 939). F. Lobo and S. Lobo. Verified by J. M. Díaz Gómez. This species. recently described (Martínez Oliver and Lobo 2002. Cuad. Herpetol. 16:37- 64) was known only from thc Nevado del Acay area 50-60 km S
of this location.
