Resumen:
We give an alternative proof of a result of Babai, that there exists a constantc such that any finite group G can be realized as the automorphism group of a posetwith at most c|G| points. We also provide bounds for the minimum number of points ofa poset with cyclic automorphism group of a given prime power order.
