Resumen:
Presented as "the first filmed social poll", this documentary takes place near the railroad tracks outside the city of Santa Fe and records the daily customs of its inhabitants as well as their life stories. Not only do adults have to work; children must also collaborate in supporting their families. "Toss me a dime" is the cry of these children who run by the tracks begging from the passengers who look out of the train windows. The testimony of the denizens of this marginal area indicates that there were many accidents at those tracks that were never investigated by the authorities.
